1. About SpineCheck
SpineCheck recognises public figures whose documented public conduct supported the Jantar Mantar protest. “Spine Found” is a positive editorial recognition tied to the cited public action. It is not an endorsement of everything a person has said or done. People who are not listed are not assessed or characterised.

- Upload fabricated, manipulated, misleading, unlawfully obtained, or out-of-context evidence.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection to a subject.
- Coordinate fraudulent voting or circumvent abuse controls.

4. Your submissions
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant SpineCheck a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review, reproduce, crop, format, publish, display, and archive that content for operating, explaining, moderating, and promoting the service. You confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.
5. Moderation
SpineCheck may approve, edit for clarity, reject, remove, restrict, archive, or investigate any material. Publication is not guaranteed. We may preserve moderation and audit records even when public content is changed.
6. Recognition and applause
Recognitions are approved by moderators under the Methodology. Community applause expresses appreciation and may influence rankings, but it does not replace evidence review. Rankings may be recalculated, corrected, or withheld when manipulation is suspected.
7. Third-party material
Evidence links lead to services SpineCheck does not control. Links may disappear, change, or contain material you find objectionable. A link does not imply endorsement. Report broken or misleading evidence through the website.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete archives, error-free evidence, or that every relevant public statement has been found. Recognition copy and supporting records remain subject to correction.
9. Responsibility and limitation
You are responsible for your submissions and use of the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SpineCheck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, repeated bad-faith submissions, or attempts to manipulate applause or moderation.
11. Governing framework and updates
These Terms are intended to operate under applicable Indian law. Specific jurisdiction and operator details should be finalized before public launch. Updated Terms apply from the displayed effective date.
12. Contact
Questions, notices, disputes, and content complaints must be submitted through the website grievance channel.
